We are looking for a highly resourceful and creative Headhunter/Talent Research Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at finding exceptional talent in unconventional ways, especially for hard-to-fill roles. You should be naturally curious, analytical, and persistent.. Responsibilities:. Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates across multiple industries and functions. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find talent beyond traditional channels. Use logic, research, and data to uncover new talent pools and sourcing methods. Tackle hard-to-fill roles by thinking creatively and exploring non-obvious candidate paths. Build and maintain pipelines of passive candidates. Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates. Collaborate with internal teams to deeply understand role requirements and hiring challenges. Proven ability to find candidates for difficult or niche roles. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Creative mindset with a passion for uncovering hidden talent. Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, etc.). Ability to think outside the box and try unconventional approaches. Excellent research and investigative skills. Strong communication and outreach abilities. Experience in agency or in-house recruiting (nice to have). Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search, etc.) (nice to have).
