Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant course.. . 1-2 years of experience in AU Mortgage.. . Related experience in client relations and broker support is preferred.. . Ensure Compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, licensing obligations and internal policies and procedures through a comprehensive and robust audit program.. . Review and where necessary adjust the loan submission to ensure the application meets the lender requirements and submission quality is at the highest possible standards.. . Ensure that the required client documents are uploaded in the system.. . Understand the lender checklist requirements for loan submission and follow industry regulations set by ASIC.. . Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of audit activities, finding, and decision in accordance with policies and procedures.. .
