The responsibilities of this position are:. Attract and engage candidates to apply for open jobs.. Select, prepare and send qualified IT candidates to our clients.. Manage the full-cycle of our recruitment process.. Hold interviews in Spanish.. Hold interviews in English.. Manage recruitment KPIs to improve the process continually.. Implement strategies for employer branding.. + 3 years experience with full-cycle recruiting. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.. Basic understanding of Software Terms (Languages, Frameworks, etc.). . Experience recruiting candidates for IT positions. . Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.. Full-time availability.. Fluent in English and Spanish. Must be able to hold an interview in both languages.. Nice to Have. Negotiation skills.. Experience working with US companies..
