This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and enhancement of innovative court case management software that supports justice agencies in their mission. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, gather customer insights, and prioritize features that align with strategic business goals. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing the product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing improvements. Collaboration, communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs are essential to delivering impactful solutions in a dynamic environment focused on legal technology innovation.. . Accountabilities. . Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, ensuring continuous evolution and improvement.. . Gather and analyze customer and market insights to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.. . Define compelling value propositions and translate them into actionable product plans.. . Manage product performance analytics to measure success and guide decision-making.. . Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.. . Prioritize product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and unplanned work according to strategic goals.. . Incorporate AI-driven tools and insights into product management processes.. . . Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of experience in product development and management.. . Proven success in launching new products.. . Strong analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).. . Experience developing product strategies and customer-facing documentation.. . Knowledge of AI tools and applications in product management.. .
