Product Support & Training Specialist.  to join their growing team in Germany. You will play a key role in supporting their customers—both in industry and education—helping them get the most out of our cutting-edge augmented reality welding simulators and other technical training solutions.. Key Responsibilities:. . Deliver . on-site and remote product training.  for customers (industrial clients, educational institutions) across central Germany. . Provide . technical support.  and troubleshooting for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction. . Act as a product ambassador, helping users integrate our technology into their workflows à adoption. . Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations and customer onboarding. . Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams. . Travel regularly within the assigned region to customer sites and trade events. At least 60% of time.. . Profile / Requirements:. . Deep passion for technology; a natural tech enthusiast. . Experience with technical products, training, or support (formal or informal). . Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way. . Hands-on, proactive, solution-oriented mindset. . High willingness to travel regularly across central Germany. . Fluent German and intermediate English (minimum). . Nice to have:. . Experience in welding, industrial training, or vocational education. . Familiarity with AR/VR, simulators, or technical training tools. . Company Location: Germany.
