ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE . Avantia Law is looking for a high performing and driven Senior Sales Development Representative to support our US Sales Director in generating leads and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have at least one years of experience in a B2B role, showcasing a strong work ethic and a proven ability to learn and adapt quickly. . This role offers a pathway for career progression from SDR to a full sales closing position in the future. . While you will have every opportunity to make the role your own, your key priorities will be: . Prospecting through online outreach (e.g. LinkedIn) as well as cold calling to introduce our services to potential clients and set up meetings for the Sales Director. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. . Collaborate with the Sales Directors and other SDRs to develop and implement effective prospect target lists. . Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations. . Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. . WORK PATTERN . Full time, Remote:. Regardless of your home location, you will need to be able to work . Eastern time zone hours. . 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday . . Some business travel may be required in the future, depending on business need. . REPORTING TO . Sales Development Director . . Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B sales role. . . An understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools. . . A proactive and results-oriented mindset. . . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of our legal services. . . Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. . . Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals. . . Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, including the C-suite, Sales Directors and lead lawyers. . .
