The Sales & Account Manager is responsible for both acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. Onboard new clients or patients and ensure a smooth, seamless transition into services. . Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining high-touch communication. . Build long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive support. . Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize client value. . Conduct consultative sales calls, virtual demos, and service consultations tailored to client needs. . Manage a full-cycle sales pipeline—from prospecting and qualification to close and handoff. . Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and client information in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). . Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging while staying informed on market trends and client needs. . . 3+ years of experience closing sales in the Wellness or Healthcare industry, with a proven track record of full-cycle selling. . Proficient in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent for sales tracking, client onboarding, and performance reporting. . Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to conduct service demos and tailor solutions to client needs. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. . Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. . Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics. . Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). . High school diploma or equivalent. . . System and Work Setup Requirements. . A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues.. .
