FEA, load calculations, and structural analysis. Manage projects from concept to delivery — including fabrication and field support. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and fabrication teams. Support testing, commissioning, and incident investigations. Support fabrication shops and field teams across the Houston region. Must-Have Qualifications. 10+ years of mechanical design experience in cranes, lifting systems, or heavy equipment. U.S. Citizen or Green Card. Proficiency in SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo. Ability to travel ~10%. Bonus Experience. Offshore, industrial, or construction lifting background. Familiarity with . gantry systems, winches, PLC-integrated equipment.
