Developing, implementing and monitoring corporate governance and integrating best practices into the day-to-day running of the company;. . Supporting risk and control management, identifying, measuring and monitoring risks associated with processes and operations;. . Drawing up and reviewing internal policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to current legislation and regulations;. . Carrying out training on governance, risks and compliance for employees in different areas;. . Monitoring compliance with internal and external rules and regulations;. . Carry out constant analysis to improve governance processes and report progress to senior management;. . Participating in the definition of strategies to mitigate risks and opportunities to improve governance;. . Preparing reports and presentations to share information on governance and results achieved with stakeholders.. . . University degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Engineering or related areas;. . Previous experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance in medium-sized or large companies;. . Knowledge of best practices in corporate governance and risk management;. . Analytical and problem-solving skills;. . Ability to present and communicate clearly with stakeholders;. . Desirable certification in Governance, Risk and Compliance (such as CGA, CRC, among others);. . Proactive and collaborative profile, constantly seeking improvements.. . Company Location: Argentina.
