We are currently looking for an Engineer II, Full Stack in the United States.. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack systems that support critical programs used by hospitals nationwide. The position emphasizes both backend and frontend development, system optimization, and data integrity, within a collaborative, remote-first environment. Your work will enable providers to focus on patient care while improving operational efficiency and reducing complexity. The role balances technical proficiency, problem-solving, and adherence to software engineering best practices while actively supporting the growth and success of the broader engineering team.. . Accountabilities:. ·         Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs, leveraging test-driven development practices.. ·         Design, implement, and optimize data interactions for performance, scalability, and security.. ·         Build and maintain user interfaces that meet customer needs, informed by UX design principles.. ·         Contribute to functional and non-functional automated testing suites to ensure code quality.. ·         Collaborate on API specifications, data models, and integration with frontend applications and third-party systems.. ·         Support team members by sharing knowledge, guidance, and proactive assistance to ensure project success.. ·         Follow engineering processes to deliver consistent, high-quality features while reducing technical debt.. ·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. ·         Minimum of 3 years of software development experience.. ·         Proficiency in Golang and Angular frameworks.. ·         Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.. ·         Strong SQL skills and understanding of database design and data modeling.. ·         Knowledge of software development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and best practices.. ·         Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.. ·         Ability to write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.. ·         U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship..
