As a representative, you will assist customers in Danish, addressing their inquiries and providing outstanding support for telecommunications services.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunication services, including mobile plans, account issues, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Danish.. . Provide detailed information on service plans, features, and promotional offers.. . Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and ensure effective resolutions to enhance their experience.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs effectively.. . Stay informed about industry trends and new telecommunications technologies to provide relevant assistance.. . . Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.. .
