Provide accurate information about vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotions.. . Assist customers with order processing and service-related questions.. . Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions clearly and effectively in the CRM system.. .
