As Customer Success Specialist you'll ensure Centrapay's customers have a positive and professional experience, engaging with our business at all stages of the customer journey. You'll delight our customers and partners, and provide the best customer experience in payments, while delivering the right solution for our customers’ needs.   . What You'll Do. Onboarding . . Assist customers & partners to successfully onboard to the Centrapay platform within our services level timeframes.. . Contact integration partners to confirm technical loading information and status of merchants.. . Support. . Coordinate the resolution of technical issues and communicate with external parties.  . . Monitor and respond to external queries about Centrapay's solutions.  . . Manage customer feedback. . . . Relationship Management . Develop and maintain external contact relationships as part of Centrapay’s integration partnerships or larger enterprise customer accounts..   . Process improvement . Help document Centrapay’s customer and partner facing workflows and experiences.  . Work with internal teams to support iterative process improvement and automation.  . 👀 Who we're looking for. .
