Key Responsibilities. Take full ownership of assigned strategic projects from ideation through implementation and monitoring, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.. Conduct relegated sales/business development tasks in various portfolio companies from industries, such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and more.. Work independently with minimal direction. Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines to ensure the timely completion of high-quality deliverables.. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related fields.. 3-5 years professional experience in a Startup environment.. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication is a MUST.. Experience or background in the agritech space (Preferred).. Proven experience in conducting sales activities (such as inbound and outbound online sales from lead generation, cold-calling, cold-emailing to setting up calls) and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem is a MUST. Strong business acumen and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.. Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills..
