Support rollout of new features and ensure adoption by internal teams . Bring practical best practices from international fintech / banking markets. 4–7 years. of Product Management experience . Hands-on experience building or improving internal/back-office systems . . Experience in fintech or banking . Strong execution mindset — comfortable moving fast and delivering .
