You’ll work closely with the Media Team and leadership to produce high-performing, social-first content.. What You’ll Do. Client Ad Creative Editing. Edit short-form video ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts . Cut raw creator and UGC footage into polished, high-converting ads (15s, 30s, 60s) . Build variations of top-performing creatives for testing . Add text overlays, captions, CTAs, motion graphics, and sound design . Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts . Internal Agency Content. Edit short form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn . Turn internal footage (founder content, team clips, events, case studies) into engaging social-first edits . Support thought leadership content aligned with the agency’s voice . Internal Ads & Paid Acquisition. Edit ad creatives for the agency’s own Meta and TikTok campaigns . Create VSL cuts, testimonial mashups, and direct-response style ads . Rapidly iterate on ad variations based on performance feedback . 2+ years of experience editing short form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) . Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects . Strong understanding of direct response creative and conversion-focused editing . Ability to handle high output (15–25+ deliverables per week) without sacrificing quality . Experience with captions (SRT or hardcoded), motion graphics, and sound design . Excellent sense of pacing, hooks, and retention editing . Fluent in English (written and verbal) . Comfortable working asynchronously via Slack and Loom . Reliable internet connection and capable editing setup. Company Location: Mexico.
