We are seeking a highly skilled AI Marketing Specialist who combines creative execution with technical automation expertise. This role is responsible for independently producing end-to-end, market-ready marketing assets across print, digital, web, and video using modern generative AI tools. The ideal candidate can move quickly without compromising brand quality, compliance, or conversion performance, and is comfortable owning the full creative lifecycle from concept to final delivery.. Key Duties. ● Create AI-generated marketing collateral including flyers, pamphlets, booklets, PDFs, and digital lead magnets.. ● Design and produce illustrated assets such as campaign visuals, book covers, and multi-page publications.. ● Generate, edit, and polish AI-assisted video content for ads, social media, and training purposes.. ● Build and optimize websites and landing pages using AI-powered design and site-building tools.. ● Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows, automations, templates, and lightweight internal marketing tools.. ● Ensure all outputs are brand-consistent, commercially safe, compliant, and ready for production or publication.. ● Translate business objectives into clear creative direction and measurable marketing campaigns.. ● Stay current with emerging AI tools and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency and impact.. Requirements. ● Proven experience producing complete, market-ready marketing assets using AI tools.. ● Strong proficiency with generative AI platforms for design, illustration, video, copy, and automation.. ● Excellent understanding of branding, layout, typography, storytelling, and conversion-focused design.. ● Ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.. ● Strong prompt-engineering skills and the ability to maintain consistency at scale.. ● Experience with light automation, scripting, or AI-assisted tooling is a strong advantage.. ● Excellent communication skills and a high level of accountability and self-direction.. ● Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI-assisted marketing deliverables is required..
