The seller initiative is the product and engineering group at Etsy that leads the seller experience.  The group is currently made up of five squads focused on different tracks of work that ladder up to the seller vision goals.   The initiative includes the Etsy Seller App, Shop Manager, Open API and other tracks of work.About the Role. The seller project manager will support cross team tracks of work that require project coordination among different stakeholders.   Main responsabilities will include:. 1. Setting up an operating cadence with key stakeholders of main initiative projects.. 2. Leading project management meetings and updates to keep stakeholders in line with project timmings and launches.. 3. Communicating effectively across stakeholders project progress, blockers, risks and learnings.. 4. Supporting squads to translate strategies and projects into stories and actionable tracks for engineers.. 5. Attending multiple meetings based on initiative main projects and following up with notes and action items.. Must Haves. 1. Agile Project Planning. 2. Communication Skills. 3. Leadership Skills. 4.
