In this strategic and execution-driven role, you will take full ownership of the Kroger national account, managing relationships at the headquarters and divisional levels. You’ll be responsible for crafting customer-specific business plans, ensuring alignment across divisions, and leveraging cross-functional teams to drive in-store excellence and sales growth. Lead the national HQ relationship with Kroger, developing tailored business plans and promotional strategies.. . Ensure divisional execution and alignment by coordinating with Kroger divisions and internal distribution teams.. . Manage and direct broker partners with clear KPIs, performance reviews, and execution expectations.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category insights, marketing, finance, and supply chain to meet business objectives.. . Ensure exceptional retail execution through compliance on display, planogram, and promotional programs.. . Analyze syndicated and internal data for forecasting, performance tracking, and risk/opportunity identification.. . Deliver compelling, insight-driven presentations during JBPs, QBRs, and top-to-top meetings with Kroger stakeholders.. . . Bachelor’s degree preferred.. . Minimum of 3+ years in national or key account management, preferably with Kroger or large-format retailers.. . Experience managing broker networks and field sales execution.. . Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.. . Solid understanding of customer P&L, volume planning, and trade spend.. . Data-driven with proficiency in syndicated data tools (Circana, 8451, Vividly).. . Familiarity with Kroger systems and go-to-market structure is a plus.. . Ability to travel up to 40%, including HQ visits, divisional meetings, and retail audits.. . Must have a valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.. .
