Revenue Strategy & Leadership . . Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals. . . Identify new market opportunities, pricing models, and revenue streams. . . Own the company’s revenue forecast and ensure targets are met or exceeded. . . Team Alignment & Management . . Lead and manage the sales, marketing, business development, and customer success teams. . . Ensure alignment between departments to create a cohesive customer journey and unified go-to-market approach. . . Foster a performance-driven culture and mentor leadership within revenue-generating teams. . . Customer Focus & Retention . . Ensure strong customer acquisition and retention strategies are in place. . . Leverage data and customer feedback to optimize the customer lifecycle and improve CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value). . . Champion customer success and ensure a high level of satisfaction across all touchpoints. . . Data & Performance Analytics . . Proven experience (10+ years) in executive-level revenue, sales, marketing, or business development roles. . . Knowledge of the truck maintenance and repair industry is required. . . Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for high-growth companies. . . Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams. . . Deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel optimization, and go-to-market strategy. . . Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools. . . Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. . . Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend various industry events. . .
