We are currently looking for an HR Advisor – HRBP & Operations in the United States.. This strategic HR role offers the opportunity to drive global HR operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple regions. The HR Advisor will lead key initiatives such as policy harmonization, HR systems optimization, employee relations, and cross-border compliance. Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, you will collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to implement scalable HR practices, influence organizational decisions, and contribute to high-impact projects like M&A integration. Ideal candidates are seasoned HR professionals with international experience, strong project management skills, and expertise across core HR functions including compensation, talent management, and employee relations.. . Accountabilities. . Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving global consistency, operational efficiency, and compliance across HR processes.. . Lead or support global HR projects, including cross-border M&A integrations, onboarding coordination, data transitions, and employee communications.. . Harmonize policies across international locations, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and corporate standards.. . Oversee HR systems cleanup and optimization (HCM, payroll, ATS) to ensure data integrity and system alignment.. . Develop and implement scalable job architecture frameworks and compensation structures, supporting annual compensation cycles.. . Document and streamline global HR workflows to maintain audit readiness and process efficiency.. . Monitor global employment law changes, ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions.. . Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and track project milestones, ensuring consistent delivery across regions.. . . . Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.. . Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate setting, including global HR operations.. . Prior management or team leadership experience preferred.. . Deep knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws and compliance practices.. . Broad expertise in performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent development.. . Proven ability to lead complex projects and enhance HR processes through strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.. .
