As a member of the MIYO Health team, you’ll provide . virtual, school-based services. to students who are blind or visually impaired, with the full support of our community, tools, and mission-driven culture.. Position Details:. . . Location. : Fully remote — work from anywhere in the U.S. . . . Schedule. : Part-time for the 2025–2026 school year . . . Caseload. : School-based (public school districts and/or charter schools; varies by assignment). . . Active state certification as a . Teacher of the Visually Impaired. (TVI) - Florida certification preferred, but not required - we will reimburse for cross-licensing!. . Licensure in additional states is a plus! . . Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting students with visual impairments in a school setting . . Experience developing and implementing IEPs, Functional Vision Assessments (FVAs), and Learning Media Assessments (LMAs) . . Skilled in adapting instructional materials and leveraging assistive technology . . Comfort with virtual instruction and digital collaboration tools . .
