As a representative, you will assist customers in Dutch, ensuring they have a seamless experience when ordering food and navigating the platform.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries about food orders, delivery options, and platform features via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.. . Provide accurate information on restaurant menus, pricing, and promotions.. . Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and any delivery-related concerns.. . Resolve issues and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.. . Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with the logistics team to address order-related issues and improve service delivery.. . Stay informed about promotions and new restaurant partnerships to enhance customer interactions.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. .
