As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and engage families in meaningful ways. In this role, you will:. . Provide case management and ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2–18.. . Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.. . Collect and analyze data using Central Reach to monitor progress and inform treatment.. . Deliver parent training and support to ensure consistency in interventions.. . Mentor and guide RBTs and other clinical staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.. . Collaborate closely with clinicians, clinical directors, and interdisciplinary teams.. . Complete intake assessments and maintain accurate documentation.. . Meet billable hour requirements according to full-time or part-time status.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.. .
