Managed Services Operations Manager at Vizrt. The Managed Services Operations Manager will be responsible for driving the operational readiness, governance, and delivery enablement of Vizrt’s Managed Services portfolio. This role ensures that Vizrt can consistently design, deliver, and scale Managed Services offerings globally by aligning internal workflows, pricing structures, delivery partnerships, and technical enablers. The role works across Global Services, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support to ensure managed services contracts and engagements are effectively structured, executed, and monitored.. 1. Operational Workflows & Governance. Define, document, and manage the end-to-end internal workflows required to deliver managed services at scale.. Coordinate across Global Services, Finance, Sales Operations, and Support to embed processes into core business systems (Salesforce, Certinia, Jira, etc.).. Establish governance structures for service delivery, renewals, SLA tracking, and reporting.. 2. Commercial Support & Pricing. Develop and maintain pricing for Managed Services in alignment with Finance and Sales.. Support proposals and bid responses, ensuring commercial terms are consistent and profitable.. Track and evaluate the performance of managed services contracts, identifying opportunities for optimization and renewal growth.. 3. Partnership Development. Work with Global Services leadership to identify and onboard external partners to support Managed Services delivery.. Coordinate agreements, onboarding, and workflows with delivery partners to ensure seamless execution.. 4. Project Management of Managed Services Engagements. Act as program/project manager for active managed services contracts and engagements, ensuring on-time, quality delivery in line with customer expectations and agreed SLAs..  . Provide central oversight, tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple contracts.. 5. Innovation & R&D Collaboration. Work with R&D to develop, implement, and operationalize new technical enablers such as remote monitoring solutions.. Coordinate the setup of backend systems required for managed services delivery (infrastructure, dashboards, monitoring, reporting).. 6. Sales & Business Enablement. Develop enablement materials and training to support Sales and internal teams in positioning Managed Services offerings.. Act as the point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on GTM strategy, service readiness, and ongoing updates.. Success in this Role means:. ·       Scalable workflows and governance models are in place to deliver Managed Services consistently worldwide.. ·       Pricing and commercial structures are clear, competitive, and profitable.. ·       Partnerships are established to extend and support delivery capacity.. ·       Managed services contracts and engagements are well-managed, with risks and dependencies actively addressed.. ·       Remote monitoring and backend delivery solutions are operational in collaboration with R&D.. ·       Sales and internal teams are fully enabled to position and sell Managed Services confidently. Qualifications:. 5+ years’ experience in professional services, managed services, or program/operations management in a technology or SaaS environment.. Strong understanding of managed services and recurring revenue business models.. Demonstrated experience with . pricing, commercial governance, and contract/project management. .. Ability to build and manage partnerships with third-party service providers.. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills across global, cross-functional teams.. Familiarity with Salesforce, PSA tools (Certinia/FinancialForce), Jira, and monitoring solutions is an advantage.. Company Location: United States.
