Conduct outbound cold calls to pre-qualified HVAC contractors in the US.. . Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by gauging interest in smart control products and solutions.. . Clearly articulate product value, address objections, and build trust to advance leads.. . Manage the initial sales phase, aiming to move from first contact to demo/sample delivery within around a week.. . Accurately log activities and hand over qualified leads.. . Collaborate with the team to improve CRM workflows and sales processes (bonus).. . . . Proven Sales Ability:. Demonstrated success in B2B outbound sales, lead qualification, or closing.. . . Strong Communicator:. Clear, confident, and persuasive with the ability to bypass gatekeepers and connect authentically with potential clients.. . . Quick Thinker:. Adaptable and resourceful when handling objections or shifting conversations.. . . Experience:. Solid background in outbound sales or business development.. . . Availability:.
