High-visibility role with direct ownership over organic search performance. What You’ll Work On. Organic Search Ownership. Own and drive organic search performance with a focus on sustainable growth. Identify opportunities across content, marketplace, and hiring-related pages. Translate performance data into clear, prioritized actions. SEO Audits and Execution. Run comprehensive SEO audits across technical, on-page, and internal linking areas. Turn audit findings into actionable plans and execute them end to end. Improve metadata, page structure, internal linking, and content optimization. Technical SEO and Platform Health. Monitor and manage Google Search Console, including indexing, coverage, and performance reports. Identify and resolve crawl, indexing, and technical SEO issues. Partner with engineering or platform teams to implement fixes and improvements. Content and Editorial Collaboration. Lead keyword research and mapping to support editorial and content initiatives. Work closely with content and editorial teams to integrate SEO best practices into workflows. Support off-page SEO efforts by providing guidance on backlink and authority strategies. Reporting and Insights. Track performance, report on results, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. Monitor algorithm changes and evolving best practices. Continuously refine priorities based on impact and business goals. What You Bring. 4+ years. of hands-on SEO experience with clear ownership of organic performance. Strong fundamentals in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and internal linking. Proven experience running SEO audits and executing recommendations independently. Deep familiarity with Google Search Console and indexing-related issues. Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes. Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, editorial, and technical teams. Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver against deadlines. Nice to Have. Experience working with large content libraries, marketplaces, or community-driven platforms.
