In this role, you will collaborate across the organization to assist in the development of training curriculum and deliver company-wide training and development programs. To be effective in this role, you must have a passion for learning and promote a culture of learning in the organization. Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and strong organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential for success. . What You Will Be Doing. . Assisting with the review and enhancement of existing training programs to ensure they meet the needs of our employees and the organization as a whole.. . Assisting with the development of new training programs to address any gaps in current training offerings and support the professional development of our employees.. . Creating engaging training content that incorporates adult learning principles, interactive activities, and multimedia elements.. . Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop training programs that align with industry best practices and organizational goals.. . Ensuring that training milestones are met and all training materials are up to date.. . Providing guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.. . Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.. . Maintaining accurate training records and reports.. . Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.. . Foster a culture of learning and stress the importance of a growth mindset.. . Uphold best practices and corporate principles for training.. . Serve as a mentor, coach, and ready resource.. . Encourage engagement to ensure employees are participating in the sessions.. .
