The Director will oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with both business goals and technological capabilities. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, this role combines strategic vision, project management expertise, and empathy. You will also build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Management team, driving innovation while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The position is fully remote within Pacific Time hours, with occasional travel as needed.. Accountabilities. . Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for healthcare software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.. . Collaborate closely with technical teams to navigate IT complexities and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.. .
