Drive strategic planning and reporting alignment between Marketing and Commercial leadership. . Build and maintain reporting frameworks with Data teams to optimize marketing effectiveness. . Oversee marketing systems and tools for campaign execution, analytics, CRM, and attribution. . Standardize and improve cross-functional workflows across marketing, creative, legal, and external partners. . Lead implementation of project management best practices to ensure timely, quality execution. . Own and manage marketing budgets, including forecasting, performance tracking, and optimization. . Provide data-informed recommendations for resource allocation across projects and teams. . Mentor and lead a team of experienced producers and operations professionals. . Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across departments. . . 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related functions. . Proven expertise with tools like Salesforce, Segment, Braze, High Touch, Asana, and marketing analytics platforms. . Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent judgment and leadership presence. . Experience driving complex cross-functional projects and operational improvements. . A systems thinker with a deep understanding of campaign execution and marketing metrics. . Comfortable working across marketing, sales, IT, and finance teams. . Strong ability to operate in fast-moving, evolving environments while maintaining high standards. . Passion for simplification, innovation, and enabling high-impact marketing at scale. .
