Compile and send accurate . lender reports. , including Excel schedules and invoice packs. . . Track and analyse . cost variances. between fee proposals and actual invoices. . . Support the founder in analysing . budget vs actual. performance across developments. . . Assist with . data management. from appraisal spreadsheets and forecasts. . . Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements in . finance workflows. . . . Reduce manual oversight by ensuring precision and consistency in financial processes. . . .
