We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape and elevate customer experiences across digital financial products. In this role, you will drive end-to-end design initiatives, collaborating closely with product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to deliver intuitive, polished, and impactful user experiences. You will influence product strategy, create scalable design systems, and mentor other designers, ensuring design quality across multiple platforms. Lead design initiatives for embedded financial experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, marketing, and external partners to deliver seamless and innovative solutions.. Create and maintain scalable design systems, frameworks, and processes that empower teams and improve design efficiency.. Mentor and coach senior and mid-level designers, raising the overall design quality across the organization.. Apply user-centered design principles, leveraging research, analytics, and experimentation to continuously improve experiences.. Advocate for design excellence while balancing shipping immediate solutions with long-term scalability.. . 7+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions.. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.. Exceptional visual, interaction, and UX design skills, with experience creating polished, high-impact digital experiences.. Strong product sense and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.. Experience influencing product strategy and aligning senior stakeholders across multiple initiatives.. Systems thinking: ability to create frameworks, scalable design systems, and ways of working that enhance team efficiency.. Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Notion)..
