Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the hospitality and tourism sector.. . Assist customers with inquiries about travel arrangements, bookings, and service options.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.. . Handle emails, calls, and chat communications professionally and courteously.. .
