We are seeking a Head of Sales Operations to manage Ametris’s Salesforce.com CRM application and drive Sales Operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, contact, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards, and reporting. The CRM Manager will make recommendations and lead change to maximize the utilization of CRM data to drive efficiency in marketing and effectiveness of sales personnel.. Manage cross-functional project to re-design and upgrade the current salesforce.com implementation to drive targeted sales process/outcomes/reporting.. . Assist with on-going customization of Salesforce to fit the Company’s changing business needs.. . Translate business needs into functional requirements through user feedback and personally identified areas of enhancement.. . Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules.. . Support and train new and existing users on the salesforce.com application.. . Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns.. . Develop and maintain Hubspot.com integration, Intacct integration, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third-party solutions.. . Move code from lower sandboxes to production environment and address issues related to functionality, and integration.. . Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to IT / business teams.. . Develop and implement test cases for new code to be deployed.. . Lead the Sales Operations Team. . . Coach, train, and manage the Sales Ops team and continuously drive them to achieve higher levels of excellence.. . In addition to other duties as assigned.. . Required Qualifications. . Bachelor’s degree required. . 3+ years salesforce.com administrative experience with a minimum 25-seat environment. . . Certified Salesforce.com Administrator . . Expert excel skills, ability to run macros and advanced functions. . Experience in any of the following: Hubspot, Data.com, Data Loader, and Sales Console. . Ability to multitask. .
