Partnerships. • Establish collaborations with blockchain projects, communities, media, and agencies to enhance brand presence in the local market.. • Design and execute incentive programs to maximize partner performance.. Market Insights. • Analyze the local crypto ecosystem, user behaviors, and competitors to provide actionable insights.. • Adjust channel strategies based on market trends and demands.. Campaign Execution. • Execute localized marketing campaigns.. • Promote AscendEX’s unique features to increase user engagement and trading frequency.. Experience. • 2+ years in BD, channel management, or user growth in the blockchain/crypto industry.. • Familiarity with crypto ecosystem and user needs.. Network. • Strong KOL network and the ability to drive content marketing collaborations.. Skills. • Fluent in English.. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.. • Deep understanding of crypto exchange operations and products (e.g., spot, futures).. • Results-Oriented. • Proven ability to independently execute projects and achieve targets..  .
