Business Analyst. with strong expertise in Business Analytics, Salesforce (SFDC), and Revenue operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions by leveraging analytical insights and Salesforce data to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.. Key Responsibilities. . . Business Analytics & Insights:. Lead comprehensive business analytics initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic business decisions. Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across sales, marketing, and finance teams. . . . Salesforce (SFDC) Management:. Serve as a key liaison between business units and the Salesforce administration/development team. Gather detailed requirements, design processes, and optimize Salesforce workflows to enhance sales and revenue operations. Ensure Salesforce data integrity and accuracy for reporting and forecasting. . . . Revenue Analysis & Growth:. Analyze revenue streams and business models to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and growth. Collaborate closely with finance and sales leadership to build revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking reports that inform strategic planning. . . . Stakeholder Collaboration:. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to translate business needs into technical requirements. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and clarity. . . . Process Improvement:. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current business processes related to revenue operations and Salesforce usage. Recommend and implement process improvements leveraging data analytics and automation tools. . . . Project Management:. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of business analysis outputs, Salesforce enhancements, and analytics solutions. Support change management activities and training related to Salesforce and reporting tools. . . Required Skills and Qualifications. . . Experience:. 7-11 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in revenue operations, sales analytics, or CRM-focused roles. . . . Business Analytics:. Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, create meaningful visualizations, and provide strategic recommendations that impact business performance. . . . Salesforce (SFDC):. Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, reporting tools, dashboards, and process automation (Flows, Workflows). Salesforce certification(s) is a plus. . . . Revenue Focus:. Strong understanding of revenue cycle, sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management. . . . Technical Skills:. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent), Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), and SQL querying is preferred. . . . Communication:. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. . . . Problem-Solving:. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. . . . Collaboration:. Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.. . Company Location: India.
