Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas industry.. . Assist with inquiries related to energy services, billing, and technical support.. . Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.. . Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.. . Translate information and communicate effectively between clients and internal teams.. . Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.. . . Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.. . Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. . Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.. . Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.. .
