Our influencer marketing program has been a major growth lever — and now we’re looking for a strategic powerhouse to help scale it.. . 5+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth DTC brand or agency. . Proven experience managing 6- or 7-figure influencer budgets and knowing what/who can convert well. . Strong experience with paid and Meta spend, and leveraging influencer content in a paid capacity. . Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting performance KPIs. . Deep knowledge of creator economy trends, platforms, and tools. . A creative, proactive, and collaborative approach to work. . What You’ll Do:. . Own and manage a portion of the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI. . Develop and manage relations with affiliate agencies and influencer agency partners. . Report on performance metrics (CAC, ROI, attribution, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights. . Build and evolve strategies across always-on, affiliate, and campaign-based influencer activations. . Identify opportunities to scale our creator program across Whitelisting/Paid efforts, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. . Lead negotiations and develop sustainable compensation models. . Collaborate with growth, creative, and affiliate teams to drive full-funnel success. . Mentor and support junior team members and agency partners. . Company Location: United States.
