We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our global team and support our Member Services operations. You’ll play a vital role in translating raw data into actionable insights that drive completion rates, optimize processes, and inform strategic decision-making. This role is perfect for someone who loves to deep dive into data and create clarity out of complexity.. Responsibilities:. . Data Reporting: Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards using tools like Looker, Google Sheets, and BigQuery. . Performance Analysis: Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., MSAT, completion rates, resolution time) and support deep dives to uncover root causes. . Spreadsheet Analysis: Leverage advanced spreadsheet functions and formulas to manipulate data for reporting and analysis. . Funnel Optimization: Identify gaps or bottlenecks in the member journey and support initiatives to improve conversion and throughput. . QA & Training Collaboration: Partner with QA and Training to identify trends, support audits, and improve feedback loops. . Experimentation & Impact Measurement: Help test hypotheses, run A/B experiments, and measure outcomes of operational changes. . Workforce Management Support: Assist in staffing and volume forecasting through trend analysis, capacity modeling, and historical performance review. . Communication & Presentation: Deliver insights in a clear, structured manner across written, visual, and verbal formats. . Requirements:. . 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, ideally in healthcare or a tech-enabled service org. . Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker preferred). . High comfort with Google Sheets and collaborative data tooling. . Clear written communicator with the ability to turn insights into action. . Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. . . Bonus Skills:.
