Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the hospitality and tourism sector.. . Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, accommodations, and other related services.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.. . Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction.. . Maintain thorough knowledge of services offered and stay updated on industry trends.. . Record and manage customer feedback to help improve overall service quality.. . . Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.. .
