Lead the IT team in roadmap development, technical execution, project delivery, and day-to-day operations for employee systems and infrastructure.. . Collaborate across departments to deliver secure, integrated, and reliable technology solutions supporting distributed workforces.. . Design and maintain automated onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure efficient Day One productivity.. . Manage and optimize tools such as Okta, 1Password/Kolide, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Zoom.. . Set clear objectives and guide the team to meet and exceed goals.. . Establish efficient IT policies and processes to boost organizational productivity.. . Stay up-to-date on IT trends and best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.. . Mentor and develop IT professionals, supporting their technical and career growth.. . Proven experience managing IT systems in technology companies, preferably with 100–500 employees.. .
