You will be responsible for improving processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and benefits to performance management and compliance. Accountabilities:. . Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and insightful exit interviews.. . Maintain and continuously improve the HRIS for data accuracy, usability, and employee satisfaction.. . Support company-wide performance management, goal tracking, and feedback initiatives.. . Coordinate training programs, employee engagement efforts, surveys, and internal communication campaigns.. . Serve as the go-to resource for benefits administration, assisting employees and managing updates.. . Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, maintaining proper documentation.. . Track and report on key HR metrics such as engagement, turnover, and time-to-hire to drive decisions.. . Collaborate closely with teams including Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Department Leaders on strategic HR initiatives.. . Own and improve internal HR documentation and knowledge-sharing systems.. . . 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.. . Proven ability to manage and enhance HRIS platforms and ensure high data accuracy.. . Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance practices (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, EEOC).. . Experience developing and rolling out HR policies and programs at a growing or evolving company.. . Ability to handle a high volume of internal knowledge and documentation and lead process creation.. . Familiarity with M&A processes or work in scaling organizations is a plus.. . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.. . Strong communication, systems thinking, and project management skills.. .
