Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, products, delivery, and return processes via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide detailed information about fashion products, including sizing, styles, and availability.. . Resolve any issues related to orders, including cancellations and exchanges, in a timely manner.. . Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.. . Stay updated on fashion trends and website promotions to provide informed assistance to customers.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, especially in the fashion or e-commerce sector, is preferred.. .
