At least 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment. Strong customer service skills. Strong telephone etiquette. MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) experience will be advantageous. Ideal requirements. ISP experience will be advantageous. Being tech savvy is not a must, but it will definitely be an advantage. Key Competencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Customer focused. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure & manage several priorities at a time.
