We are currently looking for a Product Manager, Lane Equipment in United States.. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the product strategy and management for a diverse portfolio of lane equipment, including ophthalmic chairs, stands, instrument tables, and related items. The successful candidate will drive the development, commercialization, and profitability of the product line while collaborating with internal teams, manufacturers, and customers. You will define customer requirements, execute product roadmaps, and develop tools that enhance the purchasing experience. This role combines strategic planning, market analysis, and hands-on project management in a fast-paced environment. Accountabilities. ·         Lead product strategy and manage the lane equipment portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.. ·         Develop and implement annual marketing plans, commercialization strategies, and product roadmaps.. ·         Perform ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and pricing evaluations to inform product decisions.. ·         Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure product features meet commercialization requirements.. ·         Develop and maintain sales aids, clinical marketing materials, and customer-facing tools, including an online portal for product customization and purchase.. ·         Partner with training teams to deliver product content and support sales training initiatives.. ·         Monitor customer satisfaction, solicit feedback, and incorporate insights into product planning.. ·         Support product launches, demonstrations, and sales efforts at trade shows, including travel as required (approx. 25%, including overnight and weekend trips).. . ·         BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.. ·         3+ years of experience in the medical industry, eye care clinics, or related business areas with proven product management success.. ·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage risk, solve business problems, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.. ·         Experience managing cross-functional teams and large, complex projects.. ·         Technical aptitude with attention to detail and familiarity with healthcare or medical equipment preferred.. ·         Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including working with executives, sales teams, manufacturers, and customers.. ·         Willingness to travel and attend on-site meetings at manufacturer and warehouse locations; must reside within 1 hour of Berlin, NJ.. .
