We are seeking a Head of Marketing to act as a strategic partner and execution driver for the brand marketing function, supporting initiatives across brand marketing, influencer partnerships, product design, and customer research. The role blends high-level marketing strategy with hands-on execution to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.. The ideal candidate thrives on turning insights into action, understands how brand building fuels long-term customer acquisition, and is energized by solving complex marketing challenges while scaling systems and processes.. Growth Pathway:. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into leading the entire marketing organization within 12–18 months, building their pathway to CMO-level leadership.. Responsibilities:. . Develop and refine brand positioning strategy based on customer insights and competitive analysis, driving measurable brand awareness and consideration growth . . Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new growth opportunities and business impact . . Establish measurement frameworks and executive dashboards for brand marketing performance, ensuring clear attribution and improved ROI across all initiatives . . Lead high-impact brand marketing projects and product launches from strategy to execution, delivering initiatives on time and on budget . . Manage cross-functional campaigns across influencer, content, design, and paid media teams, ensuring brand consistency and enhanced operational efficiency . . Oversee customer research and content strategy to drive organic customer acquisition and alignment with target customer needs . . Build and optimize systems and processes to streamline workflows, improve execution quality, and connect marketing activities to business outcomes . . Support leadership by managing key projects and operational follow-up, enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities. . . 7–10+ years in brand marketing, strategy, or marketing leadership in $10M+ DTC/consumer brands . . Proven track record in brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and driving measurable business impact . . Experience with marketing measurement, attribution, ROI, and performance optimization . . Strong strategic and analytical skills, turning insights into actionable plans . . Skilled in customer research, competitive analysis, and scaling marketing operations . . Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced, high-growth environments . . Passion for fitness, wellness, and empowering women through activewear . . Familiarity with DTC marketing, influencer campaigns, content strategy, and social media . . Experience with activewear, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred. . Advanced english level (C1/C2). .
