As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries and ensuring they receive the best possible support in their native language.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).. . Provide detailed product information, pricing, and specifications to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.. . Support customers with order processing, tracking, and issues related to delivery.. . Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with sales and production teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.. . Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better assist customers.. . . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing sector.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively.. . Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.. . A proactive customer-oriented approach with a focus on satisfaction.. .
