What will you do?. . Management of delivery, people, quality, and processes for one of our web products. . Collaborate closely with the Product team to align the development roadmap of new products and iterations of existing products. . Define and implement software development best practices (such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, security) across all projects under your responsibility. . Define and track a set of metrics to evaluate the health of applications, monitoring performance, stability, and software quality. . Assess the technical feasibility of new projects and features, providing high-level estimates and recommendations. . You have proven leadership (more than 4 years) of Backend, Frontend, DevOps and QA teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the product/business and work towards a common goal. . You have previous experience (more than 4 years) in BE/FE Web development. . You have experience in working in websites with suites of cloud computing services such as AWS or GCP. . You have previous experience managing people, delivery, quality and processes. . You know how to implement software development best practices. . You like to work in agile and dynamic environments. . . You are an expert in promoting teamwork so that teams collaborate with each other and create synergies for continuous improvement. . You have great communication and leadership skills. . You are fluent in English and advanced level of Spanish (optional). . Company Location: Spain.
