By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to enhancing player satisfaction and loyalty.. Responsibilities. . Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding iGaming inquiries. . Assist customers with account management, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses. . Resolve player issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the gaming experience and address player concerns. . Provide information about gaming regulations, promotions, and ongoing events. . Stay updated on the latest trends in the iGaming industry. . . Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. . Experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming or entertainment sectors, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. .
