Deliver high-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding iGaming inquiries. . Assist customers with account management, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses. . Resolve player issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the gaming experience and address player concerns. .
