
Sales development representative at Weekday AI. This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4-6 LPA). Min Experience: 2 years. Location: Remote (India). JobType: full-time. What You’ll Do. . Engage with inbound leads (prospects signing up for free trials) and convert them into qualified opportunities. . . Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to build a strong pipeline and generate new opportunities. . . Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition to professionals in interior design, contracting, and real estate. . . Schedule demos for product experts, with the option to take ownership of the full sales cycle from demo to close (path to becoming an AE). . . Maintain and update a healthy pipeline of prospects in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups. . . Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to maximize conversion rates. . . Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets for demo bookings and qualified opportunities. . . What We’re Looking For. . 1–3 years of SMB sales experience (preferably in SaaS or technology). . . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales development targets. . . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects with curiosity and professionalism. . . Clear, neutral/global English accent to effectively connect with US-based customers. . . Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. . . Willingness to work US time zone hours. . .
